For overall wellness, I’d think of collagen peptides as possible support rather than a direct fix. They may provide amino acids your body can use for connective tissue, but they will not override poor sleep, low protein intake, injury or aging by themselves. If I tried them, I’d give it at least 8 to 12 weeks and keep the rest of my routine steady.
